Results of our help One of the results of our help is the completion of the Mt. Zion Kinder and Nursery School in Caterman. More results will be posted by and by. The 3rd of March 1999 we got a request from the FPS representative in the Philippines, Bishop Conrado A. Domingo, asking if we could assist Mt. Zion Kinder and Nursery School, Caterman in Ilocos Sur by providing loans from the FPS Health Care Plan (HCP) to enable them to finish the building. The request was granted. This preschool was then finished the next school year. Especially children from poor families enroll here.
The school has been built with combined forces of the local church, the parents of the children and Faroese Philippine Services. |
